I definitely didn't get here overnight though.

In fact, quite the opposite...

Over the last decade I ascended through the ranks of corporate America - going from an entry level role testing video games to leading programs and implementing Agile practices at startups and Fortune 500 companies with $1M+ budgets. I doubled my salary twice in three years by building and supporting high performing teams, and gained invaluable experience across the entire product and project lifecycle.

But something was missing.

The larger my scope became with teams, the further removed I felt from directly empowering people to grow their skills and reach new heights.

That's why I started Springboard Strategies.
